Condolence cables on Iran-Iraq quake victims
His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani sent yesterday cables of condolences to Iranian President Dr Hassan Rouhani and Iraqi President Dr Fuad Masum and Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on the victims of the earthquake that hit Iran-Iraq border. His Highness the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani also sent a cable of condolences to the Iraqi president and the prime minister. HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani sent a similar cable to President Rouhani. The Qatari leaders wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
