The Carbon Wheels Racing rider finished two minutes ahead of his teammate, with Kevin Hickey of Qatar Chain Reaction in third.
The Qatar Cycling & Triathlon Federation and United Filipino Mountain Bikers Qatar organised the second leg of the league.
In the under 23 years age category, Ernie Daniel Francisco of team El Padyakero picked up a win. Francisco topped the race with a final time of 00:39:18, finishing 4 minutes ahead of Junior Qatar National Team duo Mohamed Abougabarah and Zaid Hamza.
Qatari national Fawaz Alshammri of Qatar Cyclists won the 23-to-34 years category, edging out Carlo Maniebo of FIT-Q, with another Qatari national Mubarak Allaji of Lusail Team in third.
For the 35-to-40 years category, Allan Navarro of team SMCC APO lakay raced to back-to-back victories, with Dennis Dalupang of Team El Padyakero in second place, while Qatar Cycling Federation’s Andrej Filip finished 3rd.
A newcomer in the league, Alberto Soto Campos from TriClub Doha topped the 41 years and above age category, with Rogelio ‘Ibrahim’ Fernandez crossing the finish line 32 seconds behind for his second place. Jovedell Gonzales of team El Padyakero was third.
South African Tessa do Toit, won the ladies category, followed by Maricar Estacio of Team Rasen Sports, who is now the league leader for the category, and Jennifer Kaouush.
The Beginners category saw an astonishing result with nine-year-old Hugo Hernandez Moya of Spain, dominating riders who are decades older than him.
Race is sponsored by Rayyan Water, and supported by Qatar Chain Reaction and Qatar Cyclists. The third leg will be held in Duhail on December 8.
