Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB), the exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Qatar, has inaugurated its eighth service centre on Al Matar Street in Doha.
The inauguration took place in the presence of Abdulrahman Abduljaleel al-Abdulghani, vice-chairman of AAB; Hajime Suzuki, deputy general manager (Bahrain Representative Office) of Toyota Motor Corporation; and R K Murugan, CEO of AAB.
Also in attendance were Toyota and Lexus customers as well as senior management from AAB.
The new service centre is located on Al Matar Street, between the Toyota signal and Qatar Airways old building.
Speaking on the occasion, Abdulrahman Abduljaleel said the opening of the new service centre is part of AAB’s “commitment to offering the highest level of quality and service to valued customers”. This will help AAB  meet the service requirements of  customers living in areas such as Matar Qadeem (Old Airport), Al Hilal, Al Thumama, Umm Ghuwailina, Al Mansoura, Doha Jadeed, Ras Abu Aboud, Najma, Bank Street, C-Ring Road and D-Ring Road.
The new service centre has 15 fully air-conditioned working bays with 13 lifts and four car wash bays. Necessary tools and equipment are available to perform all types of periodic maintenance, air-conditioning jobs, suspension works and timing belt replacement, according to AAB.
Also, 75 parking slots – 24 hours secured – are available for customers. Besides, the new centre has a customers’ lounge, a ladies’ lounge and prayer area.
Also, work is under way to provide express maintenance service at the new service centre by the end of the year. This will give customers the chance to wait and watch from the dedicated Express Maintenance Lounge, while their vehicles are being worked on by three well-trained and certified
technicians.
At the Express Maintenance Bays, it will take only one hour from receiving the car for the job to be completed, AAB said.
The new service is ready to serve customers between 6am and 12 midnight, from Saturday to Thursday. For bookings and appointments, customers can contact Toyota at 800 1800 and Lexus at 800 2929.
AAB’s other service centres are located in Industrial Area, Abu Hamour Petrol Station, Al Wakrah, Madinat Khalifa Petrol Station, Al Nayef Petrol Station, Al Aziz Petrol Station and
