A large number of people participated in Aspire Zone Foundation’s ‘Pink Walk’ breast cancer awareness event, which took place for the third consecutive year at Aspire Park yesterday. The event, part of AZF’s corporate social responsibility activities, was organised in collaboration with Qatar Cancer Society. The participants attended an awareness lecture before gathering in formation to create a ‘human ribbon’, attempted for the first time ever in Aspire, followed by a 1km walk around the Park.
