Ezdan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has recently launched a new digital system in its two “Sakin” centres –in Doha and Al Wukair – to evaluate customer satisfaction, facilitate communication, and receive feedback and suggestions.
The initiative aims to launch multiple new channels to interact with the Ezdan Real Estate client base on a wider scale.
The system is in Arabic and English, and includes questionnaires to assess customer satisfaction with the services provided by the company.
Customers can send suggestions, post comments, or submit inquiries about any of the maintenance or facilities services in their respective residential units.
Ezdan Real Estate acting general manager Omar al-Yafey said: “The objective of this initiative is to establish a more effective communication with tenants of Ezdan villages and residential units by assessing their satisfaction with Ezdan Real Estate services, receiving their feedback, and responding quickly to any questions or queries to provide them with all information they need.”
He added that the company is seeking to continuously strengthen its communication networks with its customer base through a well-structured plan, backed by cutting-edge technology.
Similarly, Ezdan has recently launched the “Ezdan WhatsApp” service for immediate response to customers via the contact number 50612121.
The service enables residents and potential tenants to send their inquiries and requests with supported images and videos to a dedicated customer relations team.
This step is regarded as a quality addition to the communication channels in place, such as the 24-hour customer service on 40212121 or “Sakin” centres to facilitate leasing, contracting, and payment procedures from 7.30am to 9pm on all days except Friday.
Moreover, Ezdan Real Estate is committed to providing various special offers to its customers.
It has recently launched the “Ezdan EDC – My Book” app, which enables customers to get free offers through more than 300 commercial outlets, ranging from restaurants, hotels, cafes, fitness centres, and others.
This application can be downloaded via Apple Store or Google Play.
