Nepal’s ambassador Prof Ramesh Prasad Koirala met Qatar’s Minister of Energy and Industry HE Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada on Monday.
They reviewed the bilateral relations including economic relations between the two countries, and ways to further promote the co-operation through a bilateral agreement.
"We are interested in diversifying the investment by exploring new areas of co-operation," said Dr al-Sada.
He also said that the Qatari government is willing to invest in different sectors of Nepal including hydropower, agriculture and tourism.
