The ‘For the Love of Qatar’ art initiative at Doha Festival City (DHFC) has been extended to August 19, allowing more Doha residents the chance to creatively express their love for Qatar and its people, organisers announced. Qatari artists Lina al-Aali and Radi al-Hajri are leading the effort to make nation’s largest mosaic. The artists will be at DHFC between noon and 3pm and again between 5pm and 8pm every day until the weekend. During those times, children and adults alike are invited to take part in the initiative. The collective work of art, which kicked off on August 10, is an initiative of the Qatar Summer Festival 2017.
