HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani
yesterday met US Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorist Financing Marshall Billingslea and the accompanying delegation, currently on a visit to Doha. They reviewed relations between Qatar and the United States and means to develop them, particularly in the field of security. Separately, HE the Governor of Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Sheikh Abdullah bin Saoud al-Thani also met Marshall Billingslea. They exchanged views on issues of mutual concern, and discussed aspects of co-operation between the two countries. The meeting was attended by HE the Deputy Governor of Qatar Central Bank and Chairman of the National Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Committee Sheikh Fahad bin Faisal al-Thani.
