Vodafone Qatar has extended its global innovation ‘Flex’ to prepaid customers as a follow-up to the success of the initiative with the company’s postpaid customers after it was launched in May 2016.
A single credit balance for prepaid customers gives them the freedom and flexibility to use data, make local and international calls, and SMS interchangeably on one balance with no pre fixed quota.
The telecommunications provider said Flex is an innovative product that has already proven to be hugely successful in other Vodafone markets.
To introduce the new concept of Flex for prepaid to Qatar consumers, Vodafone is giving ‘Free Flex’ as a bonus with recharges from as little as QR55. This includes the standard top-up and Internet cards. The Free Flex bonus promotion will run until August 23, 2017.
“Vodafone Flex is a world-class, game-changing idea that will positively change the prepaid market in Qatar by addressing the needs of our customers.
We have seen the success of Flex in other Vodafone markets and how it simplifies customers’ recharging habits by giving them full control to use their balance the way they want without being restricted to one particular use.
