Ooredoo’s Endless Internet Packs, which were launched earlier this year, have seen “huge demand” from Qatar’s businesses as employers look to provide never-ending local data services with bill protection and minimised data prices.
Qatar’s businesses are fast becoming global leaders in enabling mobile workforces, and communication and collaboration, partially thanks to the successful rollout of Ooredoo Endless Internet Packs.
With more employees working on-the-go from their own mobile devices, Qatar ranks in the global top 30, and one of the highest in the Middle East and Africa for mobile broadband subscriptions, at 80%, according to a recent report by the United Nations’ International Telecommunications Union.
“We’re seeing strong demand for the Endless Internet Packs from Qatar’s businesses as they allow employees to collaborate and communicate via the super-fast Ooredoo Supernet from their own mobile device without the fear of bill shock,” said Ooredoo COO Yousuf al-Kubaisi.
Ooredoo Business customers on a post-paid Shahry plan can choose Endless Internet Packs as a standalone Internet SIM card, for using on tablets and My-Fi devices, or as add-ons to the existing Shahry Plans.
