Ooredoo has announced the launch of the brand-new Hala Flexi Cards as part of the company’s “ongoing push to provide the best customer experience on its network”. With the new Hala Flexi Cards, which the company is calling its “strongest recharge card ever”, Ooredoo’s Hala customers will get Flexi Points that can be used for local data or make international calls, local calls and SMSs.
Customers will be able to use the Flexi Points as they want based on their need, Ooredoo has said in a statement.
The new Hala Flexi Cards aim to provide prepaid customers with a “one-stop-shop” for topping up and will offer “some of Ooredoo’s most affordable rates” with local calls costing one Flexi Point per minute (8Dhs with a Flexi 200 card). Hala Flexi Cards come in four denominations — QR60 (with 500 Flexi Points), QR100 (1,000 Flexi Points), QR150 (1,700 Flexi Points) and QR200 (2,500 Flexi Points). For example, a QR100 Flexi Card can give customers up to 1,000 minutes to India, up to 7.7GB of local data and up to 1,000 local minutes. Manar Khalifa al-Muraikhi, director of PR and Corporate Communications, said: “Our Hala customers can now truly enjoy their services the way they want.
We understand that day-to-day communication needs change, which is why we’ve designed Flexi Points so that users can have freedom to spend what they need and enjoy a great customer experience.
“With international calls costing as low as 8Dhs per minute, local data costing as low as 1Dhs/MB and local calls and SMS costing as low as 8Dhs per minute, Flexi Cards are not only set to be convenient but also highly affordable for all.”
This is the latest in a line of new services to reward Hala users in 2017, as Ooredoo continues to “ensure that prepaid customers get the best value for money”, the statement adds.
