Aamal Trading and Distribution, a subsidiary of Aamal Company and the sole distributor of Bridgestone tyres in Qatar, has launched a new mobile service – ‘Dial-a-Tyre’ – through its ‘First Stop’ van.
The service is being brought to the Qatari market in co-operation with Bridgestone, and will cover areas outside of Doha such as Wakrah, Dukhan, Al Khor, Lusail and other cities, according to a statement.
Through this service, Bridgestone customers “will be served at their doorsteps and can enjoy the luxury” of having their tyres changed and wheels balanced, in addition to getting other car services, with just a phone call, the statement adds.
On dialling the toll-free number 800-4656, car experts with the fully-equipped van ‘First Stop’ will arrive at a customer’s location and service the car.
Syed Rashid Hassan, general manager of Aamal Trading and Distribution, said: “Through the ‘Dial-a-Tyre’ service, we are able to fulfil the growing market demand for quality and personalised services.”
