Qatar Airways said on its official website on Monday that it had suspended all flights to Saudi Arabia.
"Qatar Airways has suspended all flights to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" until 1159 GMT the same day, a statement from the airline said.
A spokeswoman said it was unclear if the suspension would be extended.
Qatar Airways flies to nine cities in Saudi Arabia.

The move came after Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain severed their ties with Qatar on Monday and opening up the worst rift in years among some of the most powerful states in the Arab world.
