The Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah International Foundation For Energy And Sustainable Development has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Washington, DC-based National Council on US-Arab Relations to cooperate on issues of mutual interest. The agreement was signed here on Thursday by HE Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah, chairman, The Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah International Foundation For Energy And Sustainable Development and Dr John Duke Anthony, founding president and chief executive officer, National Council on US-Arab Relations.
Al-Attiyah said the two would collaborate on research projects, knowledge sharing and also hold workshops, conferences and other events. Founded in 1983, the National Council on US-Arab Relations is an American non-profit, non-governmental, educational organisation dedicated to improving American knowledge and understanding of the Arab world.
