Katara yesterday opened its 2017 Ramadan Festival in the southern area of the Cultural Village. The place has been adorned with special decorations and lights in line with the spirit of the holy month. The scheduled events consist of lectures, competitions, exhibitions, workshops, traditional games, beach sports and children’s games.
