The Qalco day/night cricket tournament will commence from today at the Lusail QCA Cricket Complex. The signing ceremony of the tournament was attended by Fawad Rana, Managing Director – Qatar Lubricants Co. (QALCO), Saleem Kaiser – tournament co-ordinator, Gul Khan of Qatar Cricket Association and MI Farid of Qatar Veterans’ League.
All the matches including finals will be of 15 overs each side. The knockout matches will be played at Lusail QCA Cricket Complex and the finals are scheduled on Wednesday 24th May for the Division II and Thursday 25th May 2017 for the Division I at the Mesaieed Industrial City Floodlit Grounds. The Inaugural match will be played between Qalco and Ccrc Warriors.
