Ashghal's call centre responded to a total of 9,668 calls in the first two months of 2017, according to a report in its monthly in-house magazine.

The call centre had received 19,441 customer calls, inquiries and service requests in the last quarter of 2016.

The number of queries in December 2016 alone amounted to 5,627 while in the previous month it was the highest at 8,225, the report said.

In October, the centre received as many as 5,589 calls.

The lowest number of calls was in July when the centre received only 4,000 calls. In the four months between June and September, the number of calls were below 5,000. In June there were 4,797, August 4,737, and September 4,257.
