Another hot day with a maximum temperature of 44C in Abu Samra has been forecast for Saturday by the Qatar Met department.
A minimum temperature of 26C is expected on Saturday, that too at Abu Samra, according to the weather office.
Doha is to maintain a high of 41C, followed by 38C at Mesaieed, Wakrah, Al Khor, Dukhan and Ruwais.
The minimum temperature at other areas are 27C – Ruwais, Dukhan; 29C – Al Khor; 30C – Mesaieed, Wakrah; and 31C – Doha.
Inshore, a southeasterly – southerly wind is forecast to blow between six and 16 knots, reaching 20 knots at places at times. The offshore, southeasterly wind forecast is 5-15 knots, reaching 18 knots at places at times.
