The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi held a farewell ceremony in honour of the ambassadors of  Cyprus and Liberia, Charalambos Panayides and Ibrahim K. Nyei, respectively, at the Diplomatic Club yesterday. A number of heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Qatar, and officials at the foreign ministry attended the ceremony.
