Models from several countries attend a programme to promote “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” (Save girl child, educate girl child) campaign at India Gate in New Delhi yesterday. The social campaign, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2015, aims to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services meant for girls.
