Ezdan Real Estate Company (ERE), a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has launched the ‘Ezdan WhatsApp’ service, a first-of-its-kind initiative by a Qatari realty company, to strengthen communication channels with its tenants and provide them with the “highest
 level of convenience.”
ERE tenants, as well as clients who wish to lease in Doha, Al Wakrah and Al Wukair can now reach out to the company for queries regarding leasing applications, contracting, maintenance services, complaints or others through the new smartphone app on 5061-2121. The company welcomes all inquiries Saturday to Thursday from 7:30am to 8:30pm.
The initiative comes within the framework of enhancing interaction channels with tenants of the housing units. A highly-trained and specialised team from ERE customer relation department will respond “immediately and effectively” to all queries and requests.
Moreover, the new service will allow the public to benefit from modern technologies for a more effective and interactive communication with the company since they can support their inquiries and questions with multimedia files like pictures and videos.
Omar al-Yafey, acting general manager, Ezdan Real Estate, said: “The new smartphone application launch aims at stressing our commitment towards facilitating communication with our audience, be they our clients or those wishing to rent our real estate units.
“It is a quality addition to the company’s other communication services, including the 24-hour customer care centre at 4021-2121, and the Sakin service via the two branches in Al Wakrah and Al Wukair to facilitate leasing and contracting procedures, in addition to the company’s social media pages and e-mail.”
This new service, al-Yafey added, will be followed by other smartphone apps services “during the coming period,” within the framework of an interactive plan “that will make intensive use” of new technologies in view to expand the company’s customer base in the different regions.
Through such drive, the company also seeks to increase levels of its costumers’ satisfaction with the diverse services it provides. “Ezdan WhatsApp,” he added, “has been highly-acclaimed by the selected segment during the trial period.”
Previously, ERE launched the Sakin service in Doha and Al Wakrah to provide services of leasing, maintenance, customer care, and payment.
