The Advisory Council is taking part in the 136th general assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), which starts today in the Bangladeshi capital of Dhaka and lasts until April 5, with a delegation led by Advisory Council Deputy Speaker HE Issa bin Rabia al-Kuwari.
