HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani held a telephone conversation with French Minister of Foreign Affairs Jean-Marc Ayrault.
They discussed bilateral relations and means of boosting them, as well as regional and international issues of common concern, especially the situation in Syria.
Qatar-Kuwait defence ties reviewed
HE the Chief of Staff Major General (Pilot) Ghanim bin Shaheen al-Ghanim yesterday met the Commander of the Kuwaiti Naval Forces Major General Khaled al-Kandari.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations in military co-operation fields between Qatar and Kuwait and ways to strengthen and develop them.

Infiniti Y50, M35, M45 models recalled
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Company, has announced the recall of Infiniti Y50, M35, M45 models of 2007-2009 and S50, FX35 models of 2004-2006 over a potential defect in the passenger air bag inflator.
The MEC said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The MEC will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
