A delegation of 30 students from Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, US, recently visited Qatar University College of Business and Economics (QU-CBE).
The students had the opportunity to get insight into the various academic programs that CBE offers at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as the services provided by the College’s Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) such as training, incubation, research and consultation.
The visit’s programme featured a presentation on ‘Doing Business in Qatar’ delivered by CFE Business Incubation manager Juha Peralampi, in which he highlighted the business environment in Qatar and the necessary conditions and steps to build successful small and medium-sized enterprises in Qatar.
CBE dean Dr Khalid Shams M A al-Abdulqader told the visitors that the College continues to deliver on its mission to become among the top leading colleges in the region.
