Ezdan Hotels Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, recently received the internationally-recognised ‘Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points’ (HACCP) certification in the field of food safety.
The certification was awarded by the Bureau Veritas Group, which specialises in diverse areas, including food and occupational safety, social responsibility, and environmental protection.
It also provides innovative solutions and high-quality services universally adopted in various sectors.
Bureau Veritas is recognised and accredited by more than 55 specialised organisations in different sectors, including service performance development, promotion of environmental sustainability, and hospitality services.
Ezdan Hotels’ F&B Department had met the necessary requirements in the field of food safety to obtain the global accreditation certificate.
Such requirements included healthy practices in food and beverage storage, and provision of high-quality services in public health and environmental safety.
Ezdan Hotels general manager Hasib Kayali said: “This certification is indeed a quality addition to Ezdan Hotels’ honourable record. Food safety is a key area, in which the company invests.
