Massoun Insurance Services, a joint venture between Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) and Commercial Bank, recently celebrated a team building event titled ‘Sharing Good Times’.
The team building event was held at The Gardens of the Four Seasons Hotel in West Bay. With the presence and participation of more than hundred attendees and the senior officials from Massoun, QIC, and Commercial Bank, the event was marked as “highly-successful.”
The event was exclusively designed to promote team work, leadership skills, and performance through participation in exciting games and activities.
A lucky draw kept the audience entertained. All participants and the winners of the lucky draw expressed their gratitude for organising such an event.
Salem al-Mannai, deputy Group CEO – Mena region, said: “The purpose of the team building event was to enhance our relationship with our bancassurance partner CBQ.
“Through the various team-building activities, we wanted to renew focus on enhancing co-operation and promoting effective bonding between the members of the staff.”

Established in 2010, Massoun is a joint venture between QIC and Commercial Bank.
Registered with the Ministry of Economy & Commerce, Massoun is Qatar’s first bancassurance set up.
