HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani is expected to inaugurate Cityscape Qatar 2017 on March 13  at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), it was announced.
Now on its sixth year in Qatar, the country’s largest real estate development and investment exhibition will be held under the patronage of HE Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani.

Featuring 85 exhibitors from more than 20 countries including Qatar, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Turkey, Egypt, Cyprus, UK, France, Jordan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Morocco, Portugal, Italy, and Georgia, the three-day exhibition will highlight the world’s best investment opportunities in residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors.
Among the top local real estate companies exhibiting are Al Bandary Real Estate and Ezdan Real Estate who will showcase their projects and engage in in-depth analysis and discussions around current trends.
Several projects will be discussed and highlighted throughout Cityscape Qatar, some of which will be part of Qatar’s National Vision for 2030, including the Qatar Rail project, hotels and state-of the art stadia being developed for the FIFA World Cup 2022.
The show will present unique local real estate opportunities as well the launch of three new projects for Al Bandary Real Estate, including Al Swida Village, residential apartments located in the up-and-coming Al Thumama area; Al Shahed Tower, hotel apartments, located in West Bay; and Lusail Azure Tower, serviced apartment, located in the beach-side city of Lusail.
This year’s Cityscape Qatar will also see the launch of Ezdan Palace Hotel, located on Al Shamal Road and slated for completion by end of April, 2017. Ezdan Palace Hotel provides 194 diverse rooms and 30 suites, as well as luxury restaurants and cafes.

Running parallel to Cityscape Qatar 2017 will be the ‘Cityscape Qatar Conference’ and free-to-attend seminars ‘Cityscape Qatar Talks’, taking place on the exhibition floor. Designed for both industry professionals and private investors alike, these events will provide regional and international participants with the opportunity to network face-to-face, discuss issues of joint interest, and create joint venture partnerships.
