Local Arabic daily Arrayah reported that the maid's theft was caught in the ATM camera.
She admitted using the card, and spending QR1,200 from the stolen money while transferring QR3,000 to her home country.
The court also ordered her to pay the remaining cash, QR4,800, to the victim.
