The father of the one year and nine month old child submitted a complaint that he had seen, through the surveillance camera, the maid beating his child several times.
He also complained that this happened outside the country, when the family was in Dubai and Germany. At the interrogation phase, the maid admitted beating the child.
The court saw that it would limit imprisonment to the period she spent at the temporary detention and ordered her deportation.
