Commercial Bank is set to celebrate National Sport Day (NSD) with physical activities and gift distribution among the wider Qatari community.
Extending the celebrations beyond its employees, Commercial Bank volunteers also distributed special NSD gifts to a number of schools and community social centres.
Commercial Bank CEO Joseph Abraham said: “Commercial Bank is proud to support National Sport Day under the wise leadership of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani. Extending our sport day activities to the wider Qatari community at schools and social centres forms an important part of Commercial Bank’s corporate social responsibility programme,” he noted.
The CEO added: “Our continued title sponsorship of international competitions, such as the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters, are helping to promote Qatar as a major sports hub attracting international events.”
