HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE armed forces, discussed several regional and international issues of mutual interest, particularly the latest regional developments. 
The meeting, held yesterday in Abu Dhabi, reviewed the deep ties between Qatar and the UAE and means of developing them on all fronts. Members of the delegation accompanying HH the Emir attended the meeting. 
On the Emirati side, National Security Adviser Tahnoun bin Zayed al-Nahyan attended the meeting along with Ali Mohamed Hammad al-Shamsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council; Khaldoon Khalifa al-Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority; and Mohamed Mubarak al-Mazrouei, the Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi crown prince court. Following the meeting, the Emir attended a luncheon banquet hosted by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al-Nahyan in honour of the Emir and the accompanying delegation. 
Later, the Emir and the accompanying delegation left UAE after a brief visit. They were seen off at Abu Dhabi International Airport by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al-Nahyan.
