United Development Company (UDC), master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for its latest residential development Al Mutahidah Towers in the Viva Bahriya district at The Pearl.
The groundbreaking was attended by senior officials of UDC and representatives of Leighton Contracting, which would carry out construction works of the project.
UDC had recently completed 150 days of piling works for the project, which included the execution of approximately 917 piles into the construction territory as well as the excavation and backfilling works.
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, a UDC spokesman said.
Al Mutahidah Towers consists of high-end connected towers comprising accommodation units of various dimensions including studios, luxury apartments as well as high-level penthouses and retail stores designed to meet the needs of residents.
The towers also have panoramic sea views and direct access to the beach, in addition to upscale services and recreational amenities.
