QIC Insured, the retail arm of QIC, has announced that filing a motor claim can now be done from any branch of QIC Insured.

To file and track a motor claim (both comprehensive and third party liability), customers could visit any QIC Insured branches located at West Bay, Al Khor, Abu Hamour, Landmark Mall, Villaggio, or Lulu Gharaffa.
Salem al-Mannai, deputy Group president & CEO at QIC-Mena region, said: “By providing convenience, we strive to enrich customers’ experiences across all touch points. This new service also highlights our responsiveness for being available at all strategic locations in Qatar.”
He added: “As an insurer, processing a valid motor claim effectively is of paramount importance as it is when your promise is put to test. Bearing that in mind, we’ve ensured to make our claims process easy and convenient by being available to match customers’ expectations in time.”
Last year, QIC Insured launched an automated online motor claims management service at qic-insured.com where customers can file and track their motor claims online. For more information, call 8000742.
