Trust Exchange Company, a leading money exchange and remittance company in Qatar, has relocated its Asian Village branch to a more spacious location within Plaza Mall in Asian Town.
The relocated branch was inaugurated by the senior management of Trust Exchange, which currently has eight branches spread across Qatar.
"The relocated branch will be yet another milestone in our endless strife to be of service to our clients through easily accessible locations, excellent customer assistance and quick service," said KNS Das, an official with Trust Exchange Company.
He said Trust Exchange has a significant number of customers in the area and the branch is now in a easily reachable location.
Aiming to deliver superior service quality at every consumer touch-point, Trust Exchange provides a wide range of money transfer services to meet all customer needs.
One of Trust Exchange’s premier products ‘Lulu Now’, which allows immediate credit to designated bank accounts instantly, is a testimony of its commitment towards innovation.
"At Trust Exchange, we facilitate financial transaction services that are secure, instant and compliant through state-of-the-art systems that deliver flexibility, reliability, and transparency," Das said.
The Plaza Mall branch has also been fitted with the eSigning facility, which allows customers to verify the details of the transaction and digitally sign on the receipt presented to them on the e-tablet on the counter, which then automatically sends the copy to customer's email address.
Customers are also provided the physical copy of the receipt with their signature. Trust Exchange had earlier in the year implemented the automated ID scanning facility, which eases the KYC (know your customer) norms, thereby allowing more convenience to its customers.
