Umm Leshkhoot Interchange on the North Road will be closed to traffic from Thursday for 40 days.
The closure, scheduled until February 6, 2017 and designed in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, will enable the reconstruction of Umm Leshkhoot Interchange as part of the North Road Corridor Enhancement project, according to an Ashghal communique.
During the traffic detour, drivers using the Umm Leshkhoot Interchange will be diverted to the nearby Rasheeda and Al Ghesen interchanges via the newly-constructed service roads between the two intersections (as illustrated on the map).
