Leading department store Fifty One East and Sennheiser have announced the new wireless travel headphones, the PXC 550, described as one of the most lightweight headsets in the industry.
Soft leather ear-cups are ergonomically designed to surround the ears while delivering crystal clear sound. Sennheiser has measured hundreds of ears and designed the headset accordingly keeping in mind the overall size, the special shape of the ear-pads, and the headband’s
architecture.
The collapsible structure makes the headphones fit snugly into a sleek travel case when not in use. The PXC 550 runs for up to 30 hours. Even with the NoiseGard hybrid adaptive noise cancellation engaged, the headphones can travel the world on a single charge.
The ear cup has an intuitive control touch panel and a voice prompt system that will allow to change settings with ease. The PXC 550 will automatically pause music and calls when the
headphones are taken off.
The PXC 550 is compatible with Sennheiser’s premium sound player app, CapTune. Though wireless, a cable is provided if users need it. The PXC 550 has a built in limiter that avoids sudden extreme sound level peaks.
The Sennheiser PXC 550 headphones are available at Fifty One East’s store at Al Maha Center on Salwa Road, FNAC, iSpace and major electronics retailers in Qatar.
