QIIB has relocated its branch in Bin Omran to Bin Tawar building, which is adjacent to the old branch near the TV Roundabout.

Through the branch relocation, QIIB said it aims to offer the best banking experience to its customers and provide the most suitable banking services to their needs.

“The specially designed new building is spacious; one that reflects the newer identity adopted by the bank in a number of its state-of-the-art branches across Qatar,” the bank said in a release yesterday.

QIIB Deputy CEO Jamal al-Jamal stated that the relocation of QIIB branch at Farij Bin Omran to a new building “shall not be taken merely as moving from one building to another.”

“For, this relocation reflects our efforts to take the customer service concept to a new level to meet the objectives we are realising, the experiences we are gathering, and the innovative services we are constantly adding to our set of integrated services.”

He said, “The new branch at Bin Omran is another addition in the scope of the bank’s plan to improve the quality of different branches. We hope that our customers who deal with the Bin Omran branch will experience the evolution of services to an enhanced level and benefit from the additional space, trendy design and more services at the branch.”

Al-Jamal said, “At the Bin Omran branch, we have a floor dedicated to our privileged customers who will enjoy services to a distinguished level they are entitled to.”

He added, “The staff members who will service the new branch at Bin Omran are highly professional and totally qualified and equipped to offer high-level and key banking services that match customer requirements and expectations, whatever those are”.

The new branch will follow a two-shift pattern. From Sunday through Wednesday, it will work in two shifts – morning and evening hours and on Thursday, services will be available during the morning hours.

Of late, QIIB has put additional focus on its countrywide network of branches and ATMs in addition to its alternative channels (call centre, internet banking, mobile banking and phone banking services).

QIIB customers now find it easy to access the bank and its various products and services. The bank is expected to open new branches in the coming period.
