The Spare Parts Department of Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB), the exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Qatar, has concluded its second National Dealer Conference.  
The event was organised to enhance and strengthen the relationship with AAB’s authorised dealers and continue to promote Toyota Genuine Parts sales, according to a press statement.
The tagline ‘Accuracy + Caring = Trust’ - derived from the Toyota customer service philosophy - was emphasized on the occasion. It is an assurance of Toyota’s “commitment to provide the best service and quality products”, the statement notes.
Ravi Stanley, AAB’s senior manager, National Parts, led the occasion along with other members of the Spare Parts Department.
Davis Ittoop, CEO of Global Auto Parts, Mohamed Ali, general manager of Noble Trading Company, and Kaleemullah Khan, manager at Gulf Tower Auto Spare Parts, shared their experience with regard to AAB’s improved services and sales support.  They also pledged their commitment to fight against counterfeit and fake parts by educating customers about the quality, credibility and durability of Toyota Genuine Parts through various ‘anti-counterfeit’ activities.
In appreciation of the partnership with the authorised dealers, the Dealer Performance Awards and Certificates for 2016 were handed out during the event.
