Ooredoo has been named as the strategic partner of Doha Business Solutions, and supported its event featuring world-renowned businessman, John Mattone, in line with its ongoing support for the business sector in Qatar.
The event was attended by Ooredoo management and staff, whose goals include learning how to create and sustain a leadership and talent culture that drives “superior operating
results.”
Ooredoo as strategic partner of Doha Business Solutions, the two organisations can work together to help build a knowledge based economy, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
Senior management from Qatar’s leading companies attended the workshop, including Qatar Foundation, Ashghal, QIA, Sidra, Doha Bank, Al Jazeera Finance, Aspire, Qatari Diar, and Qatar Museum Authority, among others.
The ‘Intelligent Leadership Workshop’ was hosted by John Mattone, a pioneer in the consultancy field who has worked with a range of international companies, chairmen, and CXOs such as Steve Jobs and others.
Support for this event was part of Ooredoo human resource’s ‘Succession Planning and Leadership Development Programme’, which aims to develop Ooredoo employees by providing them with learning opportunities through cross functional programmes, on-the-job training, seminars, and workshops.
Since the event, Ooredoo management has begun to roll out several of the key leadership skills learnt at the workshop to ensure a “happier” and “more productive” workforce for its staff and customers.
