Strong winds are expected in most parts of the country on Saturday along with low visibility in some places and a cold night, the Qatar Met department has said. The weather office has also issued a warning for strong winds and high seas in offshore areas.

The wind speed may go up to 28 knots in inshore areas at times and 35 knots in some offshore areas, with the sea level rising to 15ft.
The mercury level has also dipped considerably across the country, with the Met department tweeting on Friday that the minimum temperature is expected to drop to around 10C in the southern areas over the next two days.
The detailed report for inshore areas says slight to blowing dust is expected in some places along with some clouds. It will be cold by night.
Slightly dusty conditions at times and clouds are also likely in offshore areas.
Visibility, meanwhile, may drop to 3km in some places at times.
A minimum temperature of 13C is expected on Saturday in Mesaieed and Wakrah, followed by 15C in Abu Samra and 16C in Al Khor, while in Doha it will be 18C. On Friday, a minimum temperature of 13C was recorded in Karana and Turayna, followed by 14C in Mesaieed and Batna. In the capital, the minimum was 18C in the Hamad International Airport and Qatar University areas.
