Qatar Steel, one of the leading steel producers and suppliers in the Gulf Cooperation Council and the wider Middle East, has showcased its products at the recently held The Big Five show at Dubai World Trade Center.
The Big 5 is the largest and most important annual trade shows for building materials, constructions and trading in the Middle East and Arabian Gulf.
“Our participation in the Big 5 is a good platform for us to boost our business relations and ways of cooperation with our strategic partners in the building and constructions sector, enhance the communication channels with our customers and traders and further develop our services to meet their needs and expectations,” according to Ahmed Abdul Aziz al-Ansari, Qatar Steel’s commercial division manager.
The show gives the participants the chance to get familiar with the strategies and opportunities available and to discuss the challenges that professionals in building and construction in the GCC countries might face, he said.
The stand of Qatar Steel, an Industries Qatar subsidiary, showcases samples of high-quality rebar and wire rod products, which are recognised and accredited by a number of specifications and standards authorities in the Gulf and worldwide.
