Greetings sent to Bosnia and Herzegovina
HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani yesterday sent cables of congratulations to chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Baker Izzat Baiqovic, on the occasion of his country’s national day.
Qatar condemns Turkey bombing
The State of Qatar has condemned the recent bombings which targeted the southern Turkish city of Adana and the southeastern province of Sirnak resulting in several deaths and injured.
In a statement yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed Qatar’s solidarity with the fraternal Republic of Turkey in all measures it takes to maintain its security and stability.
The Ministry renewed Qatar’s firm position rejecting violence and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
The statement expressed Qatar’s sincere condolences to the victims’ families and the Turkish government and people, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
