The Independent Aftermarket Wholesale Department of Jaidah Automotive, the exclusive dealer of Chevrolet cars in Qatar, has held the NGK Spark Plugs technical seminar for
customers in Doha.
The seminar discussed product updates on NGK Spark Plugs and shared technical specifications as well as information on performance and efficiency to support customer use of NGK Spark Plugs.
The technical seminar comes as part of Jaidah Automotive’s plans to offer “comprehensive aftersales service to customers in Doha”, according to a press statement. In order to create product awareness, trade and garage customers were invited to attend the interactive seminar in an effort to offer them technical information, product and packaging updates as well as creating awareness on high-end products such as iridium and
platinum plugs.
The seminar was attended by K T Rao, manager of Automotive Wholesale; Zeki Bagran, general manager of Jaidah Automotive Independent Aftermarket; Yoji Kawanishi, NGK Spark Plugs ME regional manager; Ammar Chkourr, technical engineer, NGK Spark Plugs ME; and Edison Okereke , country in-charge , NGK Spark Plugs ME, as well as 80 valued customers.
On the occasion, Rao said: “We will always strive to provide the best-quality and competitively priced products to our customers. NGK Spark Plugs are made in Japan and manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities that function on high-tech technology and equipment.

NGK products cover vehicles, motorbikes, marine equipment and generators. NGK recently launched new packaging schemes, offering Red packaging for Toyota vehicles and Blue packaging for Korean vehicles, providing easy reference for customers, the
statement notes.

Kawanishi informed customers about the company’s history, manufacturing facilities and worldwide branches. He also provided technical information about various types of spark plugs and their features and benefits.
Customers participated in a Q&A session held at the end of the seminar.
