More than 230 participants will take part in this year’s Traditional Dhow Festival, which will start today at the Katara beach. The five-day maritime event will feature 100 participating dhows of various types, shapes and designs. Spectators will also have the chance to watch side activities, attractions, and cultural shows led by performers from Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
