Unbeaten Camels and Lions share top spot

Stallions defeated Pirates 41-0 in the opening match of the round four of Qatar Rugby Sevens at the Aspire rugby track.
The Stallions controlled most of the ball possession and worked the rucks fiercely.
Their backs were great in support and took advantage of the open space keeping the scoreboard ticking.  
The Stallions were best served by man of the match Sandy Dywili who showed good game awareness and a clean pair of heels in and around the scrums and rucks.
Dywili and forward Bilal Ben Balaid both posted two tries for the Stallions while speedster Rachid Boudala achieved three tries for his effort.  
The Stallions could only land three conversions from 11 tries.
In the second match, Lions were roaring and impressively unstoppable.
The green and white scoring machine outwitted and outplayed the Blue Phoenix (43-0) scoring 11 tries and five conversions. Lions man of the match Gihan Silva was outstanding scoring three tries while youngster Sharith Amit recorded two against his name.  
The Camels also worked hard for their points when they faced some stiff competition in the form of the Doha Club. Doha managed to hold out the top seeded team early in the half but in the end the classy Fijian connection was too strong.
The sheer strength and experience of the cup holders proved they are still the standard bearers and the team to beat in the competition. The final score (19-7) with former Fiji international Orisi Sareki notching two tries and the man of the match award. The Camels converted two from three. The Lions in their second match accounted for the Stallions (32-5) scoring 11 tries but only one conversion. Gihan Silva proved a handful for the Stallions adding 4 more tries taking his tally to seven for the evening.
Not to be out done by his brother Shirath Amit bagged 2 tries for the Lions – one in each half. The Stallions for their part managed to score a late second half unconverted try courtesy of hard working forward Bilal Ben Belaid.
The Camels and Lions both on (16 points) share the top spot on the standings. They both remain undefeated after the fourth round of the November championship.
DRFC is in third place sitting on (12) points, while the Pirates (8) and Stallions (4) occupy fourth and fifth placing respectively.
