Galaxy Note 7 owners can either exchange their Galaxy Note 7 for a Galaxy S7 Edge with a refund of the price difference (in the form of cash or Samsung products) or obtain a full refund of the device price, which is QR 2,999, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce has said in a release yesterday.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce said it has ensured coordination with the commercial agent in order to stop selling and using the device. Furthermore, the ministry has urged all customers who have purchased either the original or the replacement device to shut it down and stop using it and communicate with the commercial agent and suppliers for the price refund.
