As part of its continuous efforts to establish regular contacts with the country's residents, the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has launched its new account on Snapchat under the code “KAHRAMAA.Live”.

Under the new facility, the corporation will work on promoting regular communication with customers via displaying the latest news and activities directly and on a large scale, a statement said.

Kahramaa looks at relationship with its customers in a wider perspective in line with the requirements and necessities of time, it said while adding that the corporation is keen to reinforce this relationship to gain customers confidence and provides all what can be offered to satisfy them and ensure they receive the right service and information.

It said Kahramaa has launched its account on snapchat as an extension of communication loop it has on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, You Tube, Instagram, and now on Snapchat.

Kahramaa has launched many new e-services on its website to provide the best services in order to raise customer satisfaction. Now the corporation provides as many as 45 services to customers through the website.

Kahramaa has advised customers to avail of its distinctive services provided on its website and social media platforms.
