Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang has received the credentials of Mohammed Ismail al-Emadi as Ambassador Plenipotentiary. During a meeting in Hanoi, the ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani. The Vietnamese president wished the ambassador success in his mission.
