Qatar Chamber has announced that Qatar Gas Transport Company (Nakilat) is supporting the ‘Made in Qatar 2016’ exhibition as ‘sector sponsor’.
The expo, which will be held outside Qatar for the first time, is slated on November 6 to 9 in a 10,000sqm area at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition in Saudi Arabia.
Nakilat managing director Abdullah bin Fadallah al-Sulaiti said: “We are delighted to support this edition of ‘Made in Qatar’ exhibition. It is a brilliant opportunity for our company to display its potential in the field of marine industry.”
Al-Sulaiti confirmed that the expo will contribute to developing the industry in Qatar, which plays a significant role in developing the national economy and supporting the Qatar National Vision 2030.
According to Qatar Chamber, the four-day exhibition aims to attract investment in the manufacturing sector, while promoting and showcasing locally-manufactured products in Saudi markets.
It also aims to promote Qatar’s industry sector and encourage the use of Qatari products, while updating the Saudi business community on the latest developments in participating sectors.
It also helps provide an opportunity for exhibitors and manufacturers to meet, while directly introducing Qatari products to the Saudi community, and encouraging Saudi businessmen and women to invest in industrial projects in Qatar.
