According to OIC website, Madani called on the international community, particularly the parties that pledged to impose an end to the bloodshed in Syria and consolidate the humanitarian cease-fire, to promptly step in to put an end to the ongoing killings and massacres in residential areas. He pointed out that the relentless pounding, slaughter, and destruction of humanitarian aid convoys amount to war crimes for which the Syrian regime should be held accountable.
